Fund for the Development of the Voluntary Sector

The Chairman of the Senate’s Finance Committee has requested, pursuant to Article 58-2 of the by-law relating to finance acts of 1 August 2001, that the Court carry out an investigation into the Fund for the Development of the Voluntary Sector for its operational and innovation component, known as the FDVA2. It was particularly important that this should focus on its local implementation procedures and its operational results three years after its creation.
