Complementary health insurance

In accordance with the duty to assist set out in Article LO. 132-3-1 of the French Courts Code, the Social Affairs Committee of the National Assembly asked the Court of Auditors to produce a report on complementary health insurance, with a particular focus on complementary solidarity health cover and on the Complementary Solidarity Health Scheme¹.

¹ The complementary solidarity health cover is a free complementary health insurance scheme created by the State for those with little or no income.
