This report examines four categories of services: home nursing services (SSIADs); multi-purpose home help and care services (SPASADs); special education and home care services (SESSADs); and medico-social support for disabled adults (SAMSAHs). These medico-social structures specialise in care and home support for dependent elderly people and people with disabilities.
